We greatly appreciate your willingness to participate in making Dinner Theatre 2009 a huge success. We look forward to a wonderful July serving our Lord by serving others. Thank you once again for your time and participation. We appreciate you all!
Below you will find a list of information regarding training, call times, attire, duties, etc.

Mandatory Training - Thursday, July 9
This mandatory training session will begin at 6:00 PM in Passmore Hall on Thursday, July 9, with Kelly Siler briefing us on volunteer expectations and server 'etiquette. At the end of training there will be a time for you to ask any questions you may still have. After questions we will be the first to see the premiere of the Dinner Theatre 2009 show, Das Barbecu! This will be your ONLY opportunity to see the show unless you purchase a ticket.
Performance Time Commitment:
Servers will need to check in at the hostess stand in Passmore Hall at 5:45 PM. Here, you will be issued a nametag and your table assignment. We hope to be cleaned up and headed home no later than 9:30-10:00PM.
Dress Code:
The dress code for volunteers will consist of a white collared shirt or blouse and blue jeans. White shirts and blouses may be long or short sleeved but please no sleeveless. NO athletic pants. Shoes will be tennis shoes/athletic shoes-white or cowboy boots if you have them. No Sandals/dress shoes are acceptable.
Duties:
Your volunteer duties will include welcoming guests; seating guests; serving guests dinner, dessert and beverages; clearing plates and dishes, and general clean-up.
