Thank you for you interest in the Student Leadership Institute. This application for Admission is for all students’ grades 9-12.
Enrollment Fee:
$125 (Grades 9-11)
$150 (Grade 12)
This fee includes all meetings, curriculum, materials, kick-off event and end-of-year banquet. The enrollment fee will be added to your monthly invoice.
New Applicant :
All 9th grade students and students who have not participated in SLi grades 9-12.
The New Student Orientation Meeting is mandatory for all new applicants, and at least one parent must be present for the first part of the meeting (approximately 30 minutes).
Please download and complete the Recommendation Form that is referenced on the next page. In addition, you must complete and bring a copy of a Spiritual Gifts Assessment to the New Student Orientation Meeting by clicking HERE (this test is FREE to take -- 80 questions).
